Seems we have a ranging request for the answers, Pastille has just started the grid today and others would like to know when I will post the solution.
Let me know what your individual requests are and we'll go with the majority
Or, we could just start the "Question Marking" of clues now if you like.

Les, my suggestion would be perhaps a new thread entitled something like 'The Joint Effort March 2012 - Solution & Queries' with a link to the solution in your dropbox. Maybe put a spoiler warning in the 1st post and folks don't have to click the link if they don't want to. This thread has become enormous so a fresh one for the post mortem would probably be welcome.
