Thanks, Buddy - enjoyed the puzzle, especially 24a and 25d. Congrats also on your promotion. It's probably staring me in the face, but what is NTSPP?

Not the Saturday prize puzzle. There has to be a story there but I do not know what it is.

I meant to say - I can’t parse 16a - tips appreciated.

I have almost parsed 16a but seem to have an extra n unaccounted for or short of an s . I need NS for the bridge partners.
