Have filled most of the grid, SW quadrant causing some problems.

Have identified 7 of the 15 incorrect letters.

No idea what the show is.

Ho hum.

Of course the moment I finished posting I spotted the synonym. And perhaps, if I have made an error in an 8 letter answer, a symmetrically situated 4 letter? Ah! Just found one of my misprints and all is clear. The magic of posting!

I took a while with that quadrant too. Getting 19d sooner would have helped.

It's one word definition followed by one word instruction. You will have to make a tiny alteration to the remainder of the clue.

Have a completed gird but, as is often the case, I am stuck. I'm short of 15 misprints and 14, 16, and 18 across all produce the same incorrect letter with nothing in between. Can this be right?

(Incidentally if anyone saw the excellent 'Lost Boys and Fairies' they may have detected the reason for my choice of nom-de-plume).

Williamseal - you've been a little over-zealous in hunting misprints: there isn't one in 16a. Don't be alarmed at the abundance of one particular letter: that is correct.

I do find picking up misprinted letters difficult and had never heard of the two characters. However a nice stretch for the brain
