Can anyone explain why one of the unnumbered clues has 11 letters, when all the 11-letter words in the grip seem to be accounted for by the numbered clues?

Castafiore there is another 11 letter unnumbered clue to the right of 18 down.

Just started. As soon as I saw the format went straight to here to see if the wonderful Jono had made a grid for us to fill in, and you have done. Thank you sir, makes life so much easier.

well, that was like pulling teeth ...! Held up at the end by being convinced second word in 3 was buckets. I can't locate the thematic third across word in line one - but I think my answer must be right ...

Think the L should be an N. can't parse but have found a suitable thematic answer

it parses two-letter "city", 4-letter sign (musical), city again, 3-letter shortened word for worker
