Took us several parsing checks. We finally cracked it, but had to use “eat out”, rather than “ dine out” to get the anagram to work. Liked the surface - bravo 👏👏👏

Arrgh so stupid. I have no idea why I wrote dine when I posted. Eat out is what I have on the paper in front of me.

obviously dropped the “ S” as I was typing - getting excited watching the rugby!
(TAKE RUSSIA)* is removed first ( 12 letters)
(SO) is removed by “ not” (2 letters)
The definition is obtained by “ REBUILDING”
