I also found this on the difficult side. Never expected a composite anagram, which wound up as LOI and I got only after setting the puzzle aside and returning.
Has chrise ever praised a puzzle? 🤣

My only nigglet is 12a - you have to be proper posh to pronounce it this way, not like me! I would say it starting with “eh” (as in get) not “ay”.
