It's a term, French origin, used to describe works such as Animal Farm. The 'restraint' (noun) goes inside a three letter opposite of 'not opposed' (reversed, revolutionary).

Oh right I will have a think! I assumed the caps on Animal Farm were a red herring and I was looking for a farming term.
