Just two left.

2d “Anxious in the bollocks, experiencing erection (3,2) , H?T ?P, probably Het Up but can’t parse.

11 a, “first of all, girl, retching initially, tasting spunk”, ??I?

Probably “grit” but don’t see where spunk fits in.

Thanks

11a is first letters of 4 consecutive words.

2d is anag of THE, followed by erection (UP)

Spunk is a non-obscene usage, surprisingly.
In USA, grit = spunk = spirit / perseverance or the like
