I can see EVER SO and (S)mall in it but perhaps, as they say in my neck of the woods, I am "up the wrang dreel"

Maybe not as I have just looked up Chambers to find that DR is the abbreviation for drummer.

Not sure what the definition is, though.

fred108 - Don't forget to add "small" into the wordplay. The def. Is "garment.
