In 10 clues the definitions (no more than two words) have been swapped so that they no longer reside in the same clue as their wordplay and should be swapped back to enable solving. Surface reading will generally make more sense once definitions are placed in the correct clues. The initial letters of solutions in clue order might describe this state of affairs and completed solutions contain a pangram. The one remaining clue alludes to a possible use for the other solutions.
