I once spent a week in Paris with a Spanish friend who couldn't speak much English and I had not yet learnt to speak Spanish. So we spent most of our time communicating in French
One afternoon, we were watching a marionette show in Le Bois de Boulogne and I said "je pense qui'l va pleuvoir". He responded by giving me a handkerchief. He thought I had said "je pense que je vais pleurer"

I couldn't find a rhyming pair, but someone said they had found one.

I think it’s a reference to the 7th column , but I’m not convinced.
