I have taken a digital subscription to the I Newspaper primarily to access the weekend Inquisitor puzzle. I have been unable to locate it this morning and am beginning to doubt its digital existence!

Any advice would be much appreciated.

Sorry I can’t help. I just wanted to call out to The Inquisitors that I’m trying another puzzle after weeks of the instructions seeming unfathomable to me. Excited to say I’ve made a good start, putting eleven in! YEY to me!
Is 34D an in there backwards?

CallMe... yes to 34 D.

I've established by trial and error that it is only available online via the App, which isn't laptop compatible. I have a workaround which involves e-mailing the page from my phone to my laptop and saving the file. I now need to work out how to edit the result to a size suitable for elderly eyes.

I’m really enjoying this puzzle, but:
I think I have the answers to 20A, 21A, 24A and 33A
BUt I can’t parse them so don’t have the spare letter.
Lots still to do and in particular, don’t know how to start with 1A.
Any help appreciated

I've just had a bash at this on the smaller grid obtained from the digital organ. My eyes just about managed.

To give a nudge to callmeishmael. 1 across is a term applied to japanese nerds. It tickled me because my (ex-nerdy) son spent a couple of years in Japan during his physics Phd studies. The extra letters at 20 21 & 23 are the final three of the second name and 24 is the first letter of the second name.

I am also struggling with the parsing of 20A, 21A and 23A so I don't have the second name (though can only think of a few possibilities with the starting letter), but with the other three names and an almost complete grid I am failing to spot any connection or anything significant to highlight in the grid. Anyone able to give me a hint where to look?
