Took me a while today, finished with no help needed and no use of missing letter solvers :)

I couldn't parse 6D until I realised (after finishing) I had spelt the 2nd word wrong, doh.

I thought 17D was clue of the day.

First one for a while, good fun up to a point and tough clues were annoying rather than fiendish. Those 15 letter answers really open up the grid.

LOI 4. Didn't like the parsing although should have got it from definition.

COD 22. 15 is second best, although I was never a fan.

Hi folks, is anyone still here this morning? Really struggled with this as I find the long ones tricky. Just about there finally but 4d/11a has me stumped. I've got _ _ r_e_d_ for 11 and still can't see it. What's the definition I'm looking for?

Ah got it, thank you! Couldn't see how to break it down. I was fixated on send for broadcast I think.
