No answers or giveaway comments until Wednesday. Close the shop on Thursday evening or earlier BY AGREEMENT . Until then - may the wind go over your head- our fences are still down since the big' un before Xmas

There are 22 numbered !!! clues ( See the title for the THEME. (Clue length is given – either true, plus 1 or minus 1).

The clues are numbered with certain odd numbers which form a well-known sequence (one is missing).

Certain clues include an extra misspelt word; when collected and suitably ordered they show the first words of a well-known classic work.

I've just put the bit in about the closing date and 'tidied up' the top bit to make it easier to read but I've not touched any of the clues.

I admit to being defeated by some of these. Has anyone finished?

Jono if you are stumped, what chance do I stand !
I have looked at the list occasionally, but will bow out on this one.
Just a few may be correctly solved.

The weather is warm and sunny here and the lawnmower was anxious to be out of the shed. On lunch break now, having mowed half of the grass; off to mow the rest shortly.

Back indoors now. I did spot a couple of rivers already but will have another look
I presume "this year" is anno domini (abbrev)
if I am cheeky to ask, ignore.
