Some are, but not all. It's a nice set of clues but may I suggest, as a hidebound pedant, that soundalike clues should have some indication (we hear, it's said, reportedly, or even just "say")?

I had forgotten about "The Thingy" . That was around 2011 when Trevor and Francis and the Joker were still with us.

Hi Jazzgirl. Philip was the great proponent of "The Thingy" I think Trevor liked it too. Personally I could never get my head round it, deviously clever.😀
