Metalmrhat, “low” appears in the first couplet of Gray’s Elegy, if it’s of interest.

“ The curfew tolls the knell of parting day, The lowing herd wind slowly o'er the lea,”

Also in the second verse of Away In A Manger:

“ The cattle are lowing
The Baby awakes”

Utterly stuck on 3/8 down.

Sad faced pose on a freak nursing things that bounce - Big balls teamed with little c*ck (5,7,3,7)

Best I can find to fit the letters I've got is "Space Hoppers and Seafood" but can't make that fit the clue.

Thanks jono, I've never heard the expression (which isn't unusual with this crossword) but I couldn't find any reference to it online either, Google usually throws up an urban dictionary or profanisaurus entry. I'm used to strange neologisms, but this one is a step too far! I hate this crossword!
