Is there a misprint in the preamble - I have 25 cells highlighted which define the means, the destination and the source - the instructions say it should be 45 cells?

You need to highlight the individuals comprising the source too, Gitto.

Thanks Loge, now have 45 cells highlighted. I think that the preamble could have made that a little clearer as the 25 cells do the job, the 45 cells just double check it.

I didn't bother with any of the first and fourth letter business. My advice would be to complete the grid, look for words that straddle the bar lines and it will become quite clear.

Should one of the extra words be hyphenated? Otherwise I get a K where there should be O

Search for the meaning of the first three letters of the answer in the oil gas industry and you'll resolve the actual extra word.
