Finally got there, LOI 25A, which I made harder by getting 16D wrong - I had the wrong word for conks out, which gave me a type of shorts with pockets.
Even then I found 25A a bit of a 1D of a clue.

FOI 26A, CoD 2D.

Not hugely enjoyable, Paul never is for me, and the loose theme meant too many "wearing" clues which I struggle with.

Regarding 11, which temporarily fooled me and some others:
It figured as a clue in Paul's fruit-themed Prize 28,458 of 5 June 2021.
