Morning all! A fairly swift and steady solve today, thanks Paul - needed something straightforward after last week's masterwork.
FOI 9a, LOI 23d, several COD contenders but 2d had it I think with 11a a close second.
Definitely a clothing theme, spread between clues and solutions. I thought 1a and 11a being on the Pauline but less than we are used to.
I think the island is in the Scillies, not Scotland, but I agree this is one (of several) that might be obscure for those not familiar with the UK.

I agree with Jono's parsing fort 15a; I think the definition is the last word as 'one who slicks' rather than a term for a member of the profession!
