I haven't completed this yet but I think I know 22a ..

3 letter "farm building" around "I see" and "I see reflected" - it's a word of never seen before that means "dryness".

yep...then the last 4 letters clash

18 is an anagram of kiss Tory. The plural doesn't appear to be acknowledged by Chambers, but the the singular is in there. There are clashes involved as far as I recall (I don't still have my copy).
