Hi rays, I wondered about CHEESE, but I’m not wild about it. Sandwich cheese is a thing, I think, but it’s much more common the other way round, of course

I am sorry but "Cheese" will not work i am afraid.

I Have put in FINGER . To change this answer the second letter would need to be a letter "G"
