So 'getable' is ok - The Times says so!

Haha! Very good. I think the Times uses Collins which seems to be the only dictionary which gives it!
‘Middle of oven’ is rather good.

Funnily enough our `family` dictionary has always been Collins!
Having discovered this forum I`ve grown to enjoy using Chambers - I also like Anne Bradford`s excellent book which someone on the forum recommended.

Agree the Times clue is an amazing coincidence!
