Delighted to win against such stiff competition. i also loved mattrom's "pulse" clue and wonder if the outcome would be the same had she not withdrawn it.

The winning clue took less than two minutes to write - the Spitting Image scene was my first thought when given the word to be clued. Later I noticed an anagram of "Beatle" but it took more than 36 hours off and on of mental "polishing" to achieve the final version !

Very grateful to jono for choosing mine, for hosting our contest and for the great prizes !
