uncanny u upper class then nanny (governess) wrapped round (i.e. coddling) c conservative.

I have a couple I am struggling to parse myself!
8d Possible new boyfriend has row? Get over it - it will be a different day. I can see Dateline, as in date and line, but don't see "get over it", nor why a dateline would necessarily be a different day!?

22d Stylish top moves to botton on getting high - a setback. Hiccup, I assume but don't se how the parsing works.

22 This has Chic, stylish, with the first C (top) going to the end (moves to bottom) and add (getting) Up, high.

Date LIne, as in the International Date Line, does indicate a different day if you/one went over it. Dateline, one word (as here) isn't really the same!
