Could someone please clarify what is meant by 'reveal' in the preamble (in last week's and others)? Is it sufficient to have the key words present in the grid, or should they also be highlighted? I ask because key words appear in red in the solutions, even when there's no instruction to highlight. Thanks. (moved from last week's thread)

As I understand it, Umanna, no highlighting is necessary unless we are specifically told to do so in the preamble or via an instruction generated from extra letters in the clue etc. The published solutions often show the keywords in a different colour, and this is just for information purposes so the solution is clearer.
