Help please on a couple of answers:

9D is 6th letter a 'Y'. If it is the undevilled solution would make sense but I can't find that word in my Chambers.

33A I have L?N?TES - have I got a letter incorrect, perhaps the 'T'? I cannot find a word that fits.

9D - no, it's not a Y. The break is at l/ed and the inserted word splits (5,2).

33A - your checkers are correct. It is the third person present indicative of a verb which appears only in later editions of Chambers, under a 5-letter headword (L?N?S).

Pretty confident that the word I require at 31 is ESTIMATOR, from crossing words, but I can't seem to fit it into the clue so that it makes sense. Similarly, I'm looking at

11 Ac OT??
14 Ac TR??AR
3 Dn D???VE

but cant seem to make TRICAR & DATIVE fit properly. Help, please.

You're right with ESTIMATOR. It goes in between the B and Y of by.

TRICAR goes between the the C and T of select. You need to alter the spacing

DATIVE goes between the E and R of winery

11 across is a common German name

Hi I started this the other day and I'm finding it hard. Could anyone give me a clue for 15 down since I think this will then help with others. Also I think I have 24 down but I can't parse it thanks

15 - the break is at p/ast and the inserted word divides (+6,1,2+)

24 - the break is at Thi/n and the inserted word divides (+1,4+) - the second new word formed is hyphenated
