I was not all that keen on the double homophone at 3d or the spoonerism at 7d. The rest was mostly enjoyable though.
I found it far more difficult that the Guardian prize last weekend.

I've heard it both ways, but my family always used the two syllable version too.

I think I can share one of my favourite coffee shop stories without spoiling now. The market coffee stall at Blackburn offered cappuccino, but in case that wasn't enough, it also advertised muggaccino...

It's amazing how often that happens. I seem to recall a Forum member came up with a very funny and clever term for that but for the life of me I can't remember it:-)

Brendan@56, could it have been 'l'esprit d'escalier' - the gem of wit you come up with immediately after you've left the salon? It's not quite right but it feels like a related concept
