Late starting today but have made a good fist of it. Loved 23ac and 4 down. Hopefully will complete. Two short last week.

Just finished it. Thanks for the clues once I got 9ac everything else fell in to place. 16ac my COD as it’s my favourite city. Enjoyed all the comments. Thanks

it's great that everyone is enjoying the crossword. I found it uphill but nearly there! Can't get 13down. Very broad hints would be welcome. Thanks!

First word - something belonging to Everyman around abbreviation for "a king"; second word a rather loose homophone for "gnawed" on another royal.

Please can you tell me what the 'before November' refers to in 24a? I've puzzled over it for a day and made no progress. I know what the answer is from the first part of the clue. Many thanks.

Thank you Brendan and Fellow solvers. Took me a while to fill in the NE corner but the 9a hint of O D + anagram hint got me going again.

Been puzzling over the parsing of 7d (work in the home coming up with meal some tongue}. I have y-d-I-h so I’m assuming it’s Yiddish (tongue) but can figure out why. Any help appreciated.
