Hi all. Enjoyed today’s. LOI was 13D but i couldn’t pars it without Brendan’s help - I’d missed the Fashionable part.
COD was probably 20A which made me laugh.

Not sure John L would agree with the definition in 26A, as the old jokes go. . . .

there's not much of a definition for 24a - more of an allusion, really!

26a - Yes, "arranger" reads much better, as in (I'm) "sorting out an arranger for.........." - I din't know what I was thinking....again!

I was just reading that what I thought was a famous quote by JL about 26a was, in fact, a complete fabrication! - You probably know the quote I mean:-)

We thought 6A has a mathematical definition, meaning "equivalent points"

You might well be right - I did think the answer was hidden but there's no indicator of that in the clue so now I don't know - this is becoming a habit:-)

i think it's the hidden. the definition is "rings". odd overlapping clue, though...

Katiek, if you’ve not already worked it out, the answer is within the 2nd & 3rd words. More common in the singular, though - which sounds bullish

It is odd though, to have the definition in the middle of the clue.

Why are you sure that is the correct answer?
