Slight typo at 12D. Should be (5).

Some good clues.
Had to look up 21d and 34a.

Thanks again syzygy and sunray. The term in the clue to 11d was new to me, we use granny which is equally obscure (in Chambers).
I liked 47a, 31d & 32d (straightforward but nice definition).

Very nice. Thanks, syz and sunray. The only parse I can't quite see is for 47a: Notice not needed in acceptable match (6). I have the answer and am prepared to be embarrassed.
