Help please with the 4 letter word to be shaded...

To be found in row 10

Thank you kt17 ...i completely misunderstood the preamble..was not looking for that one!

The only 4 letter word in my row 10 is in col 1-4, but in my Chambers that word only has 3 headings not 7. Have I gone wrong somewhere?

It goes across more than one down answer and starts at the end of an answer.

I found this the toughest Speccie in a long time.
The thematic stuff wasn’t too bad, but lots of tricky and new (to me) words and parsing, especially in 23a, and 6, 19, 22 and 35 down.
I’m done now, but unsure of 1d, Divine piece of music (5). I have a divine piece of music that fits, but can’t see any cryptic part to the clue!

A double def, lumen - 'Divine' in the clerical sense.

I have all the clues solved (not always sure why eg. 35d) but stuck on 42a. Can anyone give a hint for which of the definitions it refers to please?
