Hello Rusty, and Hello everyone!

I thought I would check how everyone is in those troubled times!

How are you coping Rusty? I assume you still come on the Forum?
there are a lot of new names (to me), which is hardly surprising given the time lapse since my last post!

anyone I know there?

Thanks Aristo and Chris! I missed you all as well but just needed a break - too much of a good thing, etc....

How are you all coping?

Things are somewhat topsy turvy here as anywhere, but well, we can but cope the best we can!
Difficult to find what I want in supermarket though, their shelves are often empty! Why do some people have to stock up as though shops were going to close for a whole year?

A lady in front of me the other day was buying 10 (!) packs of sugar!
I mean if you are going to stock up on something, surely it should be proper food!
Anyway, must stop moaning!

Flour and yeast have been scarce here too. We've always baked our own bread and it's been a challenge. Still a First World problem though. And we can still buy cardamom! Why not a run on that?

What I did not know is that Cardamon can be used in Turkish Coffee -

I have Armenian origins and Turkish Coffee was commonly drunk at home, but without Cardamon as far as I know!
