Manu: Sorry, I didn’t see your comment earlier. I used the , punctuation mark in 22a to crack it. The two commas around Bambi there seemed peculiar. Yes, you are right. It also refers to a butterfly. Two weeks ago, Paul stumped us with a punctuation mark : in the Guardian Prize puzzle. Perhaps, I assumed it while solving 22a. Thanks for your clarification.

Ive come to this late, and I have no idea what 3d (Make oneself worried on leaving hospital, one thinks its broken) 3,2,5 though I have (i think) all the letters: T?E ?U ?N?T?

Also stumped on 10ac - I have ??A???O??

Any hints/help gratefully received....

3d, Your U should be an N. It's an anagram
10a. Def. is 'agrees'. All the wordplay reads backwards in the clue.
Will give more obvious hints if you wish.
