Surprised myself this week - got quite a lot with no help in under 24hrs! I think I've got 22 from 'Lower', but I'm not sure about the word play with the rest of the clue. Apart from that, stuck on 20 and 23 (plus a couple of others, but I am hoping those two will give me enough letters to figure the rest out)

DG_Gremlin: for 22 (if I'm right) think 'down below', often in context of 'N????? regions'! I just don't understand the 'name and number' bit, so if anyone can elaborate...?
