mathi: the reference to 21 is to the solution to 21dn.

21d is not exactly an anagram, at least not a true one. One word there goes inside another?

the across answers are all "21-ed"

Very enjoyable, I liked the across clues device and the clever reveal of that in 1D - helped me get most of the across clues too.

Not sure about 19D though - I’m guess it’s Coca Cola’s home town, but struggling to parse?
