Hi Zozozo

Nearly finished. I decided that 19ac begins with a V. Ahhh - now I see it. Very clever.

I have guessed at 1d, but haven't got 10ac, so may have got the former wrong.
10ac One northerner's neckwear (6) I have ?S?O?S. Are my crossers wrong?

I haven't got 21d 10 veg in one pie, cooked before 10 leaves (4). I have N?E?

I've found it hard to parse many of the clues. Plus I always hate cross references.

Your letters are right for 10a
21d goes with haggis and tatties

Crossers for 10 are correct - type of tie (plural)

21d is a subtractive anagram - think haggis!

Still don't see 19a "5p's about equivalence to what 12 was once" (4)

Hello and happy MMXX - leaping into the unknowns! I'm curious about 3d. Fish supper without superior beer is rubbish, ?O?S?A?L?P.The fish and the answer meaning Rubbish are clear but I don't see the rest of the parsing.

First three letters are for a fish. Fourth is S, without upper. Rest of the letters mean a slang for beer.

'Supper without superior' just means taking the 'upper'/superior away from 's(upper) and 'wallop' is 'beer, so you have COD S WALLOP
