Thanks Sunray and Malone
I admit I don’t understand how to obtain the unclued lights.
I thought STARS refer to the 5th letters of the artists names.
So I have a list of possible artists but don’t know how to get to the “suggestions” of their names

You get the artists by using the unclued entries as clues. If we had Rotate and Queen in the grid, the artist would be Turner (Turn+ER). The STARS does give the fifth letters in the surnames.
