Your first A is wrong.

Def. = Deceptive ans is literally 'foreign articles' + 'Had' including 1 letter abbr. for 'Name'

I'm not doing this puzzle, but have an answer. Your first A is wrong - the first half of the answer is the 'foreign articles'. The definition is the first word in the clue.

Apologies, there should, of course, have been a full stop or hyphen between 'Deceptive' and 'Ans.'

Arab = 2 letter abbr. for word that is often clued as 'Arab' by crossword setters.

Yes, but HURRAY almost works if Capital is an exclamation rather than a city? That's my excuse.

Re 21d. The 2 letter abbr. is simply an abbr. for 'Arab' (forget all that other stuff. (My mind was on the football scores)
