Good morning all. I have completed everything bar finding the 4 contiguous cells to colour. Annoyingly , this has already taken longer than the solve so far. Can anyone help please ?

Tony, one relevant place has a name that is 6,5 - the 5 is a colour, the 6 could be a description/indicator (if broken into two words).

Malone. I must be on completely the wrong track . The groups and the person give a location which is 7 4. It is also in the "initial help". What am I missing please?

Sorry, Tony, I was perhaps being too cryptic. One part of 7,4 is the 6,5 I mentioned... I came across it while investigating the 7,4.

Thank you Malone. One last worry. The only way I can see to use the "m" in "remains" is at square 22. But this seems totally random. Where is it used?

I've got it at 22 as it's needed to make that a real word, and it also works with the preamble bit about the abbreviation.

It just seems weird, as all the other changes contribute to the groups and the individual.

I thought it was needed just to ensure that the highlighted word, involving the last letter in 22, worked.

OK, but it does seem a slight flaw.

Yes, it's not as elegant as the rest - but without it we'd have a non-word.

PS I could be wrong - not for the first time!
