All finished but I can't see the full wordplay for 3d (I don't understand the first 4 words of the clue) and 21d (the last 4 words of the clue).

wallace and gromet ...peter sallis voiced wallace

(f) ish ...search ??? just a guess!

I see my mistake in 3 down - I had read 'even' as 'content' and identified a surplus T. I forgot to include the extra letter in 37 down so now have the work and understand the next stage of the instructions.

I can only repeat that this thread is really helpful for those of us who will never play Premier Division - though Norwich have demonstrated that surprises are possible. Alas their special victory parade bus broke down.

SOS. I don't understand 10d and 44a. Shouldn't 22a be plural?

44a 3 letters for not well + i + 2 letter word for notice .....think Bill is Shakespeare ...so a shakespeare word for pink?
