Astronomical Unit + E inside (4 letter word) 'function' - misprint in first word.

T(esla) inside (3 letter word) to 'comment' - misprint in second word.

For 9 the def is the first word with the last letter replaced.

For 10 it's the second word with the last letter changed.

Jogamel, your letters are correct. The missing letter is gettable from 'has half ruined' as you have much of it!
