Hmm.... OK, finished now, thanks. Not happy with definition for 20d (I suppose it just about works) and still think my 24a was better ;-)

4 letter word for a small body of water inside the usual 3 letter word for a cathedral city. The definition is 'Foot' as in 'stressed syllable'.
