I have 2 groups of the unclued, the types of grass and the informers, but completely stuck on the other 'grass' group ?
Any hints please or an answer

First post here - thank you in advance. I’m fairly sure I’ve completed 2390, but I have my doubts about 30D. I think it’s a term for ‘waste’, but I cannot fit my answer to the clue in any other way. Anyone able to offer any guidance to confirm I’m right, please? Also a bit dubious about 16D - I have the answer, but I can’t find any references to it meaning underground rooms; only underground tunnelling machines.
