Oh dear, with apologies to Paul #8, far too similar. Also Stevea6000 #18.

I withdraw mine. Do I still get to vote?

Hi Spike2, If you`ve withdrawn @20 can I suggest you submit another clue instead? You will definitely have the right to vote then!

Can I remind everyone, especially any new entrants who would like to take part in the competion, that 11.00 am tomorrow is the deadline (UK time)
Voting begins then and finishes at 8.00pm Friday .

Mattrom...thanks for your good wishes - Mum`s had a metal plate put in her hip (bionic woman?) and will have a couple of weeks in rehab before being unleashed on the world once more - we`re all pleased with her progress.

Hi penda
Isn't it ColombeY, or am I missing something?
I remember the story of someone asking why they had two churches there (de Gaulle's home village). The answer was "I think they worship God in the other one"....

Thanks for your reply Tyke51. Unfortunately I haven't really got the time to think of something else. Let's leave it until next week and I will try to get my clue in earlier!

@spike: don't withdraw yours@20 on my account - as someone once said to me here 'let the people decide'. Of course, Paul has a vote on the matter, too.
