Has everyone found this quite easy?

Story of Geordie maybe covered in gold. ORATORIO is all I can think of (it has to start with O) but where does Geordie come in?

Make sense of endless distance in space. Starts with O or P.

Spy, we hear, facing fine to tour clubs. P.....

Cycling, leave one behind more than one spring. (Starts somewhere between SH and SQ.)

Looking like Paddington in LIma? Quite the opposite. (Answer between SQ... and ST...)

With millions being invested, half-heartedly fear fixed-term office-holder?

A big ask I know but I've spent hours mulling these over. Finally, I think it was unfair not to indicate that one answer (DISHONOR) was an American spelling.

I've got "fixed-term office-holder" - TERMOR. I've started trying to fill in the grid which I should have tried before posting previously!

And finished. I won't answer any more of my own questions on here unless anyone asks me to or wants help with other parts.

Hi orson. I'm still struggling with the ones you mentioned above. Hints would be great. Thank you.

I agree with you about the American spelling. I was planning to start this today, but when I read that clues were not in the order they should have been, I did not start it.

I dont know why we have had 2 consecutive alphabetical order ones - and in this one we not given answer lengths. Very unsatisfactory.

Hi cloverjo,

Make sense... It's what we do with the wordplay to clues, 5 letters P...E but I cannot P...E the wordplay on this one!

Spy... it's thematic. Fine = OK, sounds like peek (spy) etc, 8 letters

Cycling... 4 letters, think Leamington (I can't explain this completely).

Paddington... another thematic. A station is STA. 8 letters. I don't get the Lima bit (LI maybe?).

Unless I'm wrong I'm surprised that no-one's mention that the 3rd and 4th last ones (Mention... and With millions...) are not in alphabetical order either. That's one reason it took me so long to solve TERMOR. Rather sloppy, don't you think?
