I 've also tried "men" for "servants", plus " t" for "time" and put accrue , better and prefer in front...but cannot come up with a satisfactory parse?

Thanks - it's Supplement (which was the spam on offer earlier). Supple is an archaic (so 'old') word for fawning + Men +T.

Thanks, Elle and Cerasus. The supple = fawning was new to me too. I can't remember where I got the supplement = boost.
