That's how I saw it, Stevie. "A" can mean "per" as in "5-a-side", so "a son" could be "per son"

I have a long word at 6 which means Fish Lizard but not sure of parsing.

I think 5d is very similar to 24a.
I am surprised Myops did not connect the two.
