Ginge @10 I'm not seeing the French brandy connection ginge, it's gone over my head!

I'm not fully seeing yours at 15: I've got the UISGE BE part, but not the AT(h)A part. Is it H - hearts, in ATA - saint?

I see that it isn't in my Chambers, but it was floating around in my vocabulary, doing a breaststroke toward the center. It's definitely a legitimate word- an adjective in Latin but indeed used as a noun.
