19d is Ossa. The clue is " More than 1 down.".
So 1down should be bone, but I can't parse it.
15 d clue is 3's initial 3 like 5. Answer could be estimate or aspirate but I can't parse these either

Ossa at 19d is mount more than 1d. If 1 d is bent then, more than bent?

Chambers defines Butchery as a slaughterhouse.
The Chambers crossword dictionary gives butchery as the 8 letter answer to shambles. So take your pick.

Post #9 says that 30a could be an acronym.
No idea what that would be,
