Firstly rotten (R), and ( nasty being anagram indicator) ( grim) another anagram indicator of teeth losing the letter T ( top of tartar) to give word for gum.

Lots of goodies, which I struggled to whittle down, including tatters @5, fiery @12, Seamus @ 22 & pigale @25. However, I have aristo @ 30 & BBM2 @ 44 just losing out to tatters @ 31.
